Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, destination and delivery speed. They are calculated per order and shown in your quotation before you confirm.

Lead Times

• In-stock items: usually dispatched shortly after order confirmation and payment.
• Items available on order: the expected lead time is stated in your quotation.

Packaging

All products are packed securely to protect them in transit. Large items such as server racks, metal detectors and X-ray scanners are shipped by freight with suitable packaging.

Tracking

Where available, we share tracking details by email once your shipment is dispatched.
